NORDIC ORCHESTRA CONFERENCE

 We are pleased to invite you to take part in the 43rd Nordic Orchestra Conference, held in Copenhagen, Denmark 22-24 October 2019 - an inspiring meeting for the Nordic and Baltic network of orchestras and ensembles.

At NOC43, the potential of the Nordic orchestras will be explored; how will the future concerts be performed, how to reach the new generation, and how to make a change using the power of music. What can we do even better for the benefit of a growing audience?

The conference programme, gives ample time for discussions, questions and reflections. 

We offer a full conference ticket for orchestra managers and other representatives of Nordic and Baltic orchestras (800 EUR), and a special one day ticket for 22 October 2019 (60 EUR).

We invite the participants of the full conference programme for a free guided tour at the Royal Opera House and a concert with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto no. 4 and Schubert: Symphony no. 4. (Conductor: Michele Mariotti. Soloist: Beatrice Rana, Piano). Sign up for these events separately in the registration process via the link below. The conference is organised by DEOO -Danish Ensembles, Orchestras and Opera institutions and the NOC planning commitee in cooperation with the Royal Danish Theatre and the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.
