Since 2014, Musikkens Hus at the vibrant waterfront of Aalborg has been the home of the orchestra, with a beautiful view of both city and fjord - in the heart of Aalborg.

Aalborg Symphony Orchestra has a comprehensive amount of activities. The core of the orchestra's work is the symphony concerts where the orchestra presents soloists and conductors from the absolute world elite throughout the season. Thereto can be added chamber music concerts, pedagogical concerts at schools, concerts in cooperation with other cultural institutions and public family and childrens concerts. In addition, the orchestra plays for operas and ballets - and has recorded several CD's.
